Lead a cross‑functional full‑stack team building scalable EV charging solutions, driving cloud‑based software, API integration, and deployment pipelines using JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, AWS, and Docker.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end EV charging platform features, from front‑end dashboards to back‑end services.
- Mentor and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments on AWS.
- Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and scalability across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong background in Python, AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS), and Docker.
- Proven leadership in agile environments, mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience with API design, RESTful services, and real‑time data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable technology.
