Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performance FPGA development team, driving RTL design, verification, and integration for broadcast‑grade video products using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and embedded C.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of FPGA engineers in the design, implementation, and verification of high‑throughput video processing pipelines.
- Architect RTL solutions in Verilog/SystemVerilog, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testbenches, simulation environments, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop validation workflows.
- Collaborate with ASIC, software, and product teams to integrate FPGA modules into end‑to‑end broadcast solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of design processes, tooling, and documentation to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FPGA design experience with a strong background in Verilog/SystemVerilog and RTL design.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex hardware projects on schedule.
- Deep understanding of video processing standards (HDMI, SDI, 4K/8K) and real‑time signal integrity.
- Experience with embedded C/C++ for FPGA firmware and hardware debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork.
