Lead a high‑performing data analytics team, driving insights from complex datasets using Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS. Champion data‑driven decision making, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver actionable business intelligence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to translate data insights into business actions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue).
- Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
