ML Engineer
Lead an AI team to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning solutions using MLOps practices, Python, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Architect, implement, and maintain MLOps infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools on AWS.
- Mentor and lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure model monitoring, performance tuning, and compliance with security and data‑privacy standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and MLOps, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and related ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing for ML workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to guide a technical team in an agile environment.
