Lead the AI Center of Excellence, driving end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions across the organization. Own strategy, architecture, and execution while mentoring a high‑performing team of data scientists and engineers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical roadmaps.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, from data ingestion to production monitoring.
- Architect scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), integrating best practices for security, compliance, and performance.
- Mentor and coach data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade solutions.
- Strong expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI services.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for AI lifecycle management.
