Software Engineer
Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of tunnel segments using TBM technology, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a large-scale road infrastructure project.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise TBM operations, including excavation, support installation, and muck removal.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for tunnel construction.
- Collaborate with geotechnical, structural, and MEP teams to integrate design solutions and resolve field issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead daily site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tunnel construction or TBM project management.
- Strong knowledge of TBM systems, ground support, and construction sequencing.
- Proficiency in BIM and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
