Lead the design and delivery of tax technology solutions, building scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms on AWS to transform tax data for middle‑market clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust data pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest, cleanse, and transform tax data from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain cloud‑native analytics solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with tax subject‑matter experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights.
- Implement automated testing, monitoring, and documentation to support continuous delivery and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in data engineering, DevOps, and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
