About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver hands‑on workshops on Tally Prime, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, covering accounting principles, financial reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Develop curriculum, training materials, and assessment tools that align with industry standards and student learning objectives.
- Mentor and support students through project work, providing constructive feedback and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to integrate emerging tools and best practices into the training program.
- Track student progress, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Tally, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, with a strong foundation in accounting and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to create engaging, practical training modules and assess learner performance.
- Passion for teaching and staying current with industry trends in business intelligence and financial technology.
