About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a high‑quality candidate pipeline.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align hiring strategies with product roadmaps.
- Utilize data analytics to track hiring metrics, forecast talent needs, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and talent communities to expand reach and diversity.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate experience best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on engineering hires in tech or AI environments.
- Proven track record of building scalable recruitment pipelines and delivering high‑quality hires.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with ATS, HRIS, and data dashboards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for technology and ability to translate technical requirements into engaging talent narratives.
