About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data management and governance initiatives for human‑resources datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with federal standards.
- Clean, consolidate, and standardize large HR data sets using SQL and Python, creating reliable data repositories for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define data quality metrics, implement data validation rules, and monitor data integrity.
- Support data‑driven decision making by translating complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, data governance, and data quality management within an HR or public sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Hands‑on experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
