Research Engineer
Talent Intelligence Research Engineer leveraging Python, SQL, and machine learning on AWS to analyze workforce data, uncover talent trends, and advise clients on compensation, sourcing, and competitive positioning.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines to ingest and cleanse public talent datasets and client workforce data using Python and SQL.
- Build predictive models and statistical analyses to answer client questions on compensation, talent supply, and market competitiveness.
- Deploy scalable analytics solutions on AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) and maintain model performance.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and visualizations for client presentations.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to refine research questions and deliver high‑impact recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics with strong Python programming skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational or data warehouse systems.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Familiarity with AWS services for data storage, processing, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
