Software Engineer
A 6‑month contract role leading end‑to‑end recruitment for design, delivery, technology and data teams, using ATS tools, Boolean sourcing and analytics to deliver a premium candidate experience and meet digital transformation hiring goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from talent attraction and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding—for multidisciplinary digital roles.
- Utilise ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques to build pipelines of high‑quality candidates across design, technology, delivery and data functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, create compelling job briefs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide data‑driven insights to improve time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and overall recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within digital transformation, technology or data‑focused environments.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Lever) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruitment analytics to drive process improvements.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, contract setting.
