Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of advanced talent acquisition technology solutions, integrating HRIS, ATS, and data platforms to deliver scalable, cloud-based recruitment analytics and automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition technology stack, including ATS, HRIS, and analytics platforms.
- Design data integration pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud services (AWS) to consolidate candidate, hiring, and workforce data.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement automation and AI/ML features to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all talent acquisition systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology architecture or related roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, Redshift).
- Strong understanding of ATS/HRIS systems and data integration best practices.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
