About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for federal government programs.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SQL and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Optimize data models and performance of Tableau workbooks and data extracts.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with government data governance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience building Tableau dashboards and reports in a complex data environment.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with government or regulated data environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
