About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards that meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Architect data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure reliable, high‑quality data feeds into Tableau.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to model data effectively for visualization and reporting.
- Establish and enforce Tableau best practices, governance, and performance‑tuning guidelines across projects.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide subject‑matter expertise to clients on data storytelling and visual analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building enterprise‑scale Tableau solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize Tableau workbooks for speed and scalability.
- Experience with ETL tools and integrating multiple data sources (e.g., relational databases, cloud warehouses).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business insights.
