Software Engineer
A Systems/Tech Analyst will secure privileged access and manage identity solutions for critical platforms, driving security initiatives, handling backlog prioritisation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced technology environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage privileged access to critical business platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
- Implement and maintain identity management solutions, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and role‑based access controls.
- Own the tribe backlog, work with product owners and engineers to prioritise and deliver security‑focused work items.
- Conduct risk assessments and security reviews for new and existing services, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with security operations, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve incidents and improve overall security posture.
Requirements
- Experience with privileged access management tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and identity management platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta).
- Strong understanding of security best practices, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile environment, managing backlogs and delivering incremental value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of cross‑team collaboration.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud security credentials are a plus.
