Software Engineer
Provide tier‑1/2 technical support for Windows environments, manage Active Directory, virtualized infrastructure, and network issues while delivering exceptional customer service and troubleshooting using PowerShell and Microsoft 365 tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, customer‑focused support for Windows Server, desktop, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account lifecycle management.
- Maintain and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines, hyper‑visors, and related storage resources.
- Diagnose and resolve networking problems, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve service efficiency.
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge‑base articles to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Proficiency with VMware virtualization platforms and basic networking concepts.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on problem resolution.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, VCP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
