About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end in‑service support for 777/777X aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex flight‑system issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, service bulletins, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement improvements and sustain system performance.
- Provide technical guidance to field support personnel and customers, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in aircraft systems engineering or service engineering, with a strong focus on commercial airliners.
- Deep knowledge of 777/777X systems, avionics, and maintenance processes.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities in a high‑stakes environment.
