QA Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation solutions, overseeing software architecture, AI/ML models, SCADA/HMI systems, and machine vision for high‑reliability industrial equipment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end software architecture for intelligent manufacturing systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and integrate advanced control algorithms, AI/ML models, and computer‑vision pipelines to optimize machine performance and predictive maintenance.
- Design, implement, and maintain SCADA/HMI platforms and PLC code, providing real‑time monitoring, diagnostics, and operator interfaces.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the selection, evaluation, and deployment of automation hardware and software components.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and testing frameworks for high‑integrity industrial automation software.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automation engineering with a strong focus on software architecture, control systems, and AI/ML integration.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for developing algorithms, data pipelines, and real‑time control logic.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, and industrial communication protocols.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine‑learning techniques, computer‑vision frameworks, and deploying models in production environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to lead technical teams, and excellent communication with both engineering and business stakeholders.
