Implementation Engineer
Engineer responsible for developing technical requirements, implementing cybersecurity and IA controls, conducting E3 analysis, managing spectrum, and performing test and validation to ensure C3I&N systems meet performance and compatibility standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine technical requirements for C3I&N systems, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and information assurance controls across integrated platforms.
- Conduct Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) analyses and manage spectrum allocation to guarantee system compatibility.
- Perform IT engineering analysis, including system architecture reviews and performance assessments.
- Execute test, verification, and validation activities to confirm that integrated components meet functional and interoperability criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of systems integration experience.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, IA practices, and E3/spectrum management concepts.
- Strong analytical skills for IT and engineering analysis, coupled with experience in test planning and execution.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical findings effectively.
- Security clearance eligibility or existing clearance preferred.
