Lead the integration of new hardware platforms and infrastructure technologies into data centers, driving system design for serviceability, automation readiness, and large‑scale deployment while troubleshooting fleet‑wide issues.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define serviceability (DFS) requirements for new server hardware, compute, storage, ASIC, GPU, and networking platforms.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable data‑center designs and deployment plans.
- Develop and validate tooling, automation scripts, and test frameworks to ensure hardware readiness for mass rollout.
- Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of systematic issues across the hardware fleet, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional teams during integration and validation phases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in server hardware, high‑performance compute, storage, ASICs, GPU accelerators, or data‑center networking.
- Proven track record designing for serviceability and automating large‑scale hardware deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience diagnosing complex, fleet‑wide hardware issues.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Bash) and hardware validation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence multi‑disciplinary teams.
