Job Description:

**

We are seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support the integration, validation, and testing of complex defense systems. The engineer will develop and maintain automated test software, integrate hardware and software components, troubleshoot system-level issues, execute verification testing, analyze results, and ensure system performance meets customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with LabVIEW, NI TestStand, automated test systems, hardware/software integration, and system verification in an engineering environment.

**Responsibilities:

**

Develop, integrate, test, document, and maintain automated test solutions for complex electronic systems.

Design and execute subsystem and system-level integration and verification testing.

Develop and maintain automated test software using LabVIEW and NI TestStand.

Support existing software codebase by modifying, debugging, and enhancing test applications.

Analyze customer and contractual requirements and convert them into comprehensive test plans and procedures.

Develop test strategies, schedules, and work instructions.

Perform system integration of hardware, software, COTS, and GOTS components.

Troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues and identify root causes.

Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports validating system performance.

Generate discrepancy reports and support corrective actions.

Perform regression testing following software or hardware updates.

Collaborate with software, electrical, systems, manufacturing, and program engineering teams.

Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting project schedules and milestones.

Prepare technical presentations, engineering documentation, and status reports.

Support continuous improvement of automated test systems and integration processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

**

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office to create technical documentation, project plans, work instructions, and status reports.

5+ years of experience developing, modifying, and maintaining LabVIEW applications.

3+ years of experience developing and maintaining NI TestStand automated test programs.

Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) development and system integration.

Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

Experience analyzing and resolving technical problems.

Experience executing integration and verification testing.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

9+ years of professional engineering experience.
