About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering activities for complex aerospace projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, risk registers, and configuration management plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate subsystem designs, validate performance, and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, status updates, and presentations for senior stakeholders and program management.
- Support design reviews, test planning, and verification activities to meet schedule and quality targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of systems engineering or project engineering experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools and documentation standards.
- Security clearance at Secret level or ability to obtain one.
