Lead a multidisciplinary team in applying Model‑Based Systems Engineering to develop safety‑critical aerospace systems, driving integration, verification, and compliance with DO‑178C/DO‑254 and AUTOSAR standards using SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, and Python.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of complex aerospace systems using MBSE principles and SysML modeling.
- Oversee safety and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to DO‑178C, DO‑254, and AUTOSAR standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, hardware, verification) to define requirements, architecture, and test plans.
- Mentor and coach engineers on best practices in digital engineering, model validation, and automated test generation.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, and documentation to increase efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering for aerospace or defense, with a strong background in MBSE and SysML.
- Proven expertise in DO‑178C/DO‑254 certification processes and AUTOSAR architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C++ for model development and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
