Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of console system architecture and components.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and quality standards.
- Implement Agile practices, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to deliver incremental value.
- Drive integration testing, performance tuning, and release management for mission‑critical medical devices.
- Collaborate with regulatory, QA, and manufacturing teams to meet compliance and safety requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience in medical device or high‑reliability industry.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams and delivering complex console systems.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485) is a plus.
