About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end systems integration for advanced weapon platforms, ensuring technical performance and compliance with defense specifications.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, analysts, and contractors, coordinating design reviews, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements traceability, and integration test plans, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, reporting status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to security, safety, and quality standards, including Secret clearance requirements and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering within defense or aerospace, with proven integration leadership.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, test & evaluation, and systems architecture tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
