Software Engineer
Senior Systems Engineering & Verification Engineer responsible for defining, integrating, and validating complex defense solutions across the product lifecycle, leveraging model‑based techniques and rigorous testing to meet customer and regulatory standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage system requirements, ensuring traceability from concept to delivery.
- Develop and maintain model‑based representations (SysML/UPDM) to support design, analysis, and verification.
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary integration activities, resolving interface and performance issues.
- Lead verification and validation efforts, including test planning, execution, and results analysis.
- Ensure compliance with defense regulations, safety standards, and quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and verification within a defense or aerospace context.
- Proficiency with SysML, requirements management tools, and model‑based engineering workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (MIL‑STD, ISO 26262, etc.) is an advantage.
