Systems Engineer
Design, implement, and maintain large‑scale enterprise systems, focusing on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Citrix, and Epic environments while automating tasks with PowerShell and ensuring high availability and security.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deploy enterprise‑wide solutions across Microsoft 365, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, and Epic platforms.
- Establish and enforce configuration and design standards for software and hardware components.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administration and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage identity and access solutions, including Active Directory, ADFS, and Imprivata SSO, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Monitor system health, generate reports, and implement proactive measures to prevent outages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting large‑scale enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Windows Server Active Directory/ADFS.
- Hands‑on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop and Epic healthcare applications.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork orientation.
