About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain enterprise‑level systems and applications for Intelligence Community customers.
- Integrate and manage cloud services on AWS, ensuring compliance with security and mission requirements.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management in an Agile development environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex IT issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation, configuration baselines, and technical standards to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the Intelligence Community or federal sector.
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT security best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
