About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, schedules, and resource allocations for large‑scale system integration and verification activities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, operations) to execute test cases, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, including test reports, traceability matrices, and compliance records for regulatory and audit purposes.
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts throughout the test lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of general systems engineering experience or equivalent advanced degree with reduced experience.
- Strong background in schedule‑driven test coordination and experience managing multi‑disciplinary test teams.
- Proficiency in requirements traceability, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph required.
