About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead subsystem engineering activities across specification, design, development, integration, and test phases for naval combat systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration within large‑scale, high‑complexity naval platforms.
- Develop and execute test plans, validate subsystem performance, and troubleshoot issues during deployment and field operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support for maintenance, upgrades, and field troubleshooting to sustain operational readiness.
- Document engineering processes, maintain configuration control, and contribute to proposal capture efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in naval or defense systems engineering, with a focus on combat systems.
- Strong knowledge of integration, test, deployment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
