Systems Engineer
Systems Engineer responsible for endpoint management, networking, security, server/storage support, cloud configuration, and backup/disaster recovery for diverse client environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance across client sites.
- Configure, monitor, and support Windows and Linux servers, storage solutions, and virtualization platforms.
- Implement and manage endpoint protection, security policies, and vulnerability remediation.
- Design, deploy, and administer cloud environments (AWS or Azure), including resource provisioning and cost optimization.
- Develop and execute backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data restoration procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and clear communication to clients, documenting solutions and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Linux system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Proficiency in backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service skills.
