About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for Salesforce users, diagnosing and resolving access, data, and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with business units to design and implement secure role‑based access and data sharing models.
- Maintain and update Salesforce custom objects, workflows, and automation to meet evolving business needs.
- Document support procedures, create knowledge base articles, and conduct user training sessions.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance user productivity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and automation tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST APIs) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
