About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed system designs using UML and other modeling tools.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and operations to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and validated.
- Maintain and update requirement traceability matrices and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to clarify scope and resolve ambiguities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Systems or Requirements Engineer in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of UML, SysML, or similar modeling languages.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
