Systems Engineer
Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced radar subsystems, applying RF engineering, signal processing, and embedded software skills to deliver high‑performance solutions for mission‑critical applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop radar subsystems, including RF front‑end, signal processing algorithms, and embedded firmware.
- Perform system-level simulations using MATLAB/Simulink and validate designs through hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate radar modules into larger aircraft or missile platforms.
- Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and compliance reports for regulatory and certification purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in radar system design, RF engineering, or signal processing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with test & validation methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
