Systems Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of advanced radar signal and data processing systems for AESA platforms, leveraging MATLAB, Python, and C++ to develop robust algorithms that enhance situational awareness and missile defense capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate signal processing algorithms for AESA radar systems, ensuring compliance with performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate processing modules into embedded platforms, optimizing for real‑time operation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex data streams, applying advanced filtering, beamforming, and target detection techniques.
- Document design decisions, test procedures, and results, and contribute to technical reports and presentations.
- Stay current with emerging radar technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or related field.
- Proven experience in radar signal processing, including AESA or phased array systems.
- Strong programming skills in MATLAB, Python, and C++ for algorithm development and simulation.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, real‑time operating systems, and hardware‑software co‑design.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
