Systems Engineer
Systems Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and modifying complex software and hardware operating systems, performing functional and empirical analysis to enhance product performance and reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and modification of complex software programs that support and extend operating system capabilities.
- Conduct functional and empirical analysis to validate hardware‑software integration and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, create system architectures, and implement real‑time operating system solutions.
- Develop, test, and debug embedded C++ code on Linux‑based platforms, ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including real‑time operating systems and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in C++ programming and hardware‑software integration for complex products.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform functional and empirical system analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.
