Key Responsibilities
- Capture, document, and manage requirements for missile kinematic, RF, and IR signature models.
- Develop and refine threat models across kinematic, RF, and IR domains.
- Perform verification and validation of threat representations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with customers, threat stakeholders, and intelligence analysts to align model outputs with operational needs.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in missile threat analysis and signature modeling.
- Proficiency in kinematic, RF, and IR modeling techniques.
- Experience with requirements engineering and V&V processes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
