About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the derivation of system requirements and allocate functional, performance, and interface requirements to design components for the F35 platform.
- Develop and maintain team-wide processes for digital transformation initiatives and system-level modeling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with aerospace standards.
- Document and review design decisions, ensuring traceability and alignment with mission objectives.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in systems design and requirements engineering for complex aerospace systems.
- Proficiency in digital transformation tools and system modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- U.S. citizenship required; security clearance may be necessary.
