Systems Engineer
Lead the design, integration, and validation of complex semiconductor manufacturing systems, leveraging embedded Linux, Python scripting, and C/C++ firmware to ensure high reliability and performance across wafer and reticle production lines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software and firmware for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces into production systems.
- Implement automated test frameworks using Python and Linux to validate system performance and reliability.
- Analyze system logs, troubleshoot failures, and provide root‑cause analysis to improve product quality.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams to define requirements, review design documents, and support field deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded systems development for industrial or semiconductor equipment.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with strong Linux system knowledge.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer) and test automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
