Key Responsibilities
Provide expert engineering support to the International Programs Office, ensuring training readiness for international partners.
Analyze USN baseline changes and assess impacts on surface ship combat systems and FMS baselines.
Apply deep knowledge of Aegis Combat System elements to recommend technical adjustments and training enhancements.
Develop and deliver training requirements documentation and technical guidance for FMS maintenance and operations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies and maintain system performance standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in systems engineering for naval combat systems, particularly Aegis.
Strong understanding of FMS processes and international training requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
