About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement integrated BAS/EPMS solutions, coordinating DDC, PLC, and SCADA components across large‑scale data center environments.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop optimized graphics and UI standards that enhance operator visibility and control.
- Drive program‑level governance, ensuring compliance with national program standards and rigorous quality control.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination, managing schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation in high‑stakes projects.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and field teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration for BAS/EPMS or similar control environments.
- Hands‑on experience with software engineering practices, including version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, compressed schedules.
