About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test procedures for avionics and aerospace hardware using Python, C++, and LabVIEW.
- Develop and maintain test fixtures, data acquisition systems, and test software in compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to define test requirements, validate designs, and troubleshoot failures.
- Manage test documentation and traceability using IBM DOORS and ensure compliance with DoD security and quality standards.
- Participate in Agile sprints, provide technical estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in test development for embedded or aerospace systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and LabVIEW for test automation.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) and Agile development practices.
- Active Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain one upon hire.
