Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of system architecture and design documents using UML and SysML to meet mission requirements.
- Conduct requirements analysis, traceability, and impact assessments throughout the system life cycle.
- Coordinate integration and test activities, ensuring all subsystems meet performance and reliability targets.
- Manage configuration control, versioning, and change management for system artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering for defense or aerospace projects.
- Proficiency with UML/SysML, requirements management tools, and configuration management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
