About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex simulation models for aerospace and defense systems using MATLAB/Simulink and Python.

- Validate and verify simulation results against experimental data, ensuring model fidelity and reliability.
- Implement performance optimization techniques to reduce simulation run times and resource usage.
- Document modeling methodologies, assumptions, and results for technical reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in modeling, simulation, and analysis of complex systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C++ for simulation development.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data validation and model verification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
