About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain radar system architecture and detailed designs using Model‑Based Systems Engineering tools.
- Implement and test signal‑processing algorithms in C++ and Python to meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Integrate hardware and software components on Linux platforms, ensuring seamless interfacing with existing defense systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce and manage requirements in IBM DOORS, tracking changes throughout the lifecycle.
- Perform verification and validation activities, generate test plans, and analyze results to certify system readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2–4 years of systems engineering experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming, and strong understanding of radar signal‑processing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Linux operating systems and model‑based tools (e.g., SysML, Rhapsody).
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
