About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system architecture and interface definitions for the KC‑135 platform.
- Capture, analyze, and manage requirements using IBM DOORS or equivalent tools.
- Create and execute model‑based simulations and analyses with MATLAB/Simulink to validate system performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design compliance and support integration testing.
- Produce technical documentation, trade studies, and verification reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field; 2–4 years of systems engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools.
- Hands‑on experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS.
- Strong analytical skills using MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain any required program access.
