Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network and system architectures for defense-critical applications.
- Configure and manage Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline deployment and monitoring.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security hardening in accordance with DoD guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into new and existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT operations with a focus on security.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux distributions, and network protocols.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
