About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line technical support for Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 issues across multiple client sites.
- Perform network diagnostics, configure routers/switches, and resolve connectivity problems.
- Utilize remote tools and PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot and remediate incidents efficiently.
- Document tickets, solutions, and client interactions in the service management platform.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are strengthened.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on IT support experience in a Managed Service Provider or similar environment.
- Proficiency with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking hardware.
- Experience using remote support tools and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑focused attitude, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
