Mid‑level Systems Engineer responsible for designing, integrating, and sustaining complex LVC, fleet, nuclear, and environmental systems for military customers, ensuring compliance with Top Secret security standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and integration of Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) solutions for fleet sustainment and nuclear environments.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements, and interface control documents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate system performance and compliance with security and operational standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for complex system issues.
- Support system certification, testing, and deployment activities in a Top Secret environment.
Requirements
- Mid‑level experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on LVC, fleet sustainment, or nuclear systems.
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, system architecture, and interface management.
- Experience with security clearance processes and maintaining Top Secret clearance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
